- 4 salmon fillets (4–6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste (check for vegan options)
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos (or gluten-free tamari for non-Paleo)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the white miso paste, coconut aminos, maple syrup, rice vinegar, grated ginger, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the miso glaze over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle sesame seeds over the salmon.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
