Vegan Bulletproof Coffee

Healthy fats slow down the absorption of caffeine, producing long-lasting energy. 

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 1/2 cups of freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/41/2 tsp vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
  • 13 dashes of cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 11 1/2 Tbsp raw honey or 68 drops of stevia*

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on medium-high for 20-40 seconds. 
  2. Portion and enjoy!
