Ingredients:

  •  1 cup milk or milk substitute
  •  1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 
  • 1 teaspoon coffee grounds
  • 1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Ground cardamom or cinnamon for extra flavors
  • 5-15 drops of CBD oil

Directions:

  1. Take a saucepan.
  2. Pour all the ingredients into it, except the CBD oil.
  3. Keep stirring the mixture until it heats up. Let it boil.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat.
  5. Pour it into a mug. You can even make it with ice.
