Are you afflicted by adrenal fatigue? If you suffer from low energy, hormone imbalances, inability to handle stress, cravings for salty food, have a weakened immune system, and tend to experience higher levels of energy in the evening, it’s likely.
In fact, many people (it’s really no longer a question of ‘if’, but ‘how much’) experience low-functioning adrenals to some extent. High-stress lifestyles, caffeine, energy drinks, refined sugar, EMF bombardment, suppressed emotions, and more all contribute to low energy in these organs, and in effect a number of ailments.
So how do you remedy this?
By pretty much doing opposite of what was shared to be the cause:
1) De-stress
Get into yoga, meditation, hiking in nature, reading vs watching the fear-focused news, take a relaxing bath 1-2x a week, spend time with your significant other, etc…
2) Eat real, wholesome, plant-based foods
Utilize recipes gifted to you for FREE by Bloom for Life! Plant-based foods that are unrefined offer a bounty of nutrients, minerals, fiber, water, and alkalizing components that will help bring your body back into balance. (Let food be thy medicine!)
3) Get more sleep
Sleep is #1 for healing, as it is the restorative and recuperative time your body needs to properly regenerate and mend itself. Its been proven to benefit mental, emotional, cognitive, and physiological factors, all which play a big role in helping you live a life you love.
4) Ditch the Sugar
That’s right, dump the artificially-sweetened drinks, fast foods produced with loads of sugar, sugar-sweetened milks, artificially-produced sodas, chips and refined breads (that break down into simple carbohydrates and spike blood sugar), and the like to stop the constant release of cortisol (stress hormone) released by the adrenals in response to elevated insulin caused by high-sugar intake.
5) Say Good-Bye To Caffeine!
This is a tough one for many people, who need that caffeine ‘hit’ to get out of bed in the morning. But if that’s the case, it is 100% clear you have weakened adrenals and need to restore their Qi. Luckily for you I’m sharing a super amazing “Not Coffee” elixir that utilizes Dandy Blend (tastes like coffee AND is good for the liver!) that can serve as a superb alternative.
The elixir also contains adaptogenic Chinese herbs which are stellar for helping boost adrenal health, and in effect balance hormones.
