Hello there wonderful people! Guess what?
I’ve officially published my first e-book “22 Rawkin Recipes for a Radiant You!”
All the recipes are super easy, delicious, and are loaded with amazing health benefits! In fact, each recipe has a fun fact about the health benefits you’re receiving by choosing to make it!
Why Smoothies?
Well, not only are they delicious, easy to make, and are loaded with wonderful health benefits, but they’re a great way to introduce a healthy habit into your lifestyle!
Because live plant foods are full of fiber, nutrients, and enzymes – they easily fill you up, are great for losing weight, help reduce heart disease, diabetes, stroke, (etc…), improve nail, skin, and hair health, allow you to naturally gain more energy, free yourself from the societal trap of ‘unhealthy foods’, and gain a new perspective on life… among many other benefits.
I recommend a smoothie a day (minimum) to all people I work with when they’re starting on a healthy lifestyle. (Which definitely includes a lot of plant food!). There’s no deprivation and they’re really filling!
Anyways – enough of me being super excited. I’m more than anything happy that I can refer this little book to anyone who asks for a way to start living a healthy lifestyle. There’s no easier way (in my opinion) than drinking your delicious fruits and greens and experiencing (through food!) how wonderful life can be.
This recipe book includes a variety – from the Sungazer smoothie (recipe below) to the Peculiar Persimmon Smoothie, (also a Frisky Feelin’ Smoothie *hint hint*) and even the Goldilock’s Smoothie (delicious – and just right!) you’ll find one for every occasion.
For your health, the health of the world, (and okay – my health because this helps me eat… 😛 ) I am glad to share this e-book with you. Here’s a sample recipe:
Sun Gazer Smoothie
2 Bananas
1 Handful Dandelion Blossoms*
1 Mango
2 Tbsp Lemon
1/8 tsp Vanilla
*optional – vanilla stevia (4-5 drops) makes it sweeter!
1 Cup Ice
Directions:
1) In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high until completely smooth.
2) Gaze at the sun while slurping, and feel the vibrancy coming through!
***What? Eat the flower!? Yes! Dandelions are amazing for liver function – plus, they’re a free source of nutrition. Just make sure you pick from a source that is not sprayed with pesticides.
I hope you enjoy this unique recipe! They’re not all so ‘out there’, but they are definitely one-of-a-kind!
If you enjoyed this free recipe and like this site, I encourage you to subscribe (no spam, promise!) and Like on FB! All can be found on the right side of this page. 🙂
