Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Young Thai Coconuts
  • 1 Cup Blackberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 Tbsp Maca Powder

Instructions

  1. Open your Young Thai Coconut (see here if you don’t yet know how to do this), pour the water into a high-speed blender. The Blendtec is a great option.
  2. Scoop out your coconut meat (optimal should be smooth and jelly-like). Add your remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
