These Raw chips rock. It’s a great way to get some Vitamin A, in a Fat Free, raw, and healthy form.

They’re also SUPER easy to make

Ingredients:

3 Medium Sweet Potatoes
2-4 Tbsp Salt
1-2 Lemons (juice)
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Your choice of seasonings

Equipment:
Knife
Cutting Board
Dehydrator
 

Directions

1. Wash and peel (if not organic) sweet potatoes.

 
2. Slice into paper thin chip shapes or Mandolin to a thin width.
3. In a large Bowl, mix Sweet Potato slices, lemon juice, salt, apple cider vinegar, and a generous helping of spices.
4. Let marinate for 1-2 hours minimum

5. Spread sweet potato chips on dehydrator sheets and dehdyrate for 6-8 hours – or continue til 12 hours if you like them crispy!
(Trust me, they taste best crispy!
