Immune-Boosting Tea

This tea recipe is wonderful for boosting the immune system.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 45 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
  • ¼ cup raw ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 2.5 cups of water
  • 13 Tbsp raw honey
  • Dash of cayenne

Instructions

  1. Boil the minced garlic and raw ginger in 2.5 cups of water for 15 minutes. Allow the tea to cool for 5 minutes.
  2. Strain and pour desired serving. Add 1-2 Tbsp of raw honey and a dash of cayenne.
  3. Consume immediately or sip over a period of time.
