Ingredients
- 4–5 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
- ¼ cup raw ginger, peeled and sliced
- 2.5 cups of water
- 1–3 Tbsp raw honey
- Dash of cayenne
Instructions
- Boil the minced garlic and raw ginger in 2.5 cups of water for 15 minutes. Allow the tea to cool for 5 minutes.
- Strain and pour desired serving. Add 1-2 Tbsp of raw honey and a dash of cayenne.
- Consume immediately or sip over a period of time.
