We’ve had an abundance of tomatoes (from Bountiful Baskets) and I’m leaving on my Phoenix trip, so I decided to make some crackers! These are so simple and they also can be used as Flax WRAPS – which are so amazing.

Yield:  3 Excalibur Dehydrator Trays
Prep Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

2 Cups of Soaked Sun-dried Tomatoes
10 Roma Tomatoes
1 ½ Cup – 2 Cups of Flax
Spices (I use Braggs Kelp Seasonings!)

Directions:

1.       Blend all ingredients in a Vita-Mix or High-Speed Blender.
2.        Allow to sit for 15 minutes and thicken.
3.       Spread on Teflex or Parchment Paper sheets and dehydrate for 8 hours at 110 degrees. Flip over and continue to dehydrate until they are at the dryness you like (minimum 5-6 hours for ‘bread’).
Yeah – tomato soup to go!
I’m excited to make a wrap with these and perhaps some Ranch Dressing on the side???

What’s your Go-To or favorite type of raw cracker/bread?
