This salad is so easy and yet…so darn tasty! Wow your palate, body, family, and friends with the pure, wholesome ingredients.
Zesty Corn, Tomato, and Avo Salad
Ingredients:
4 Cups Raw, Organic Corn Kernels
1 Cup Diced Red Pepper
1 Cup Finely Diced Tomato
1 Cup Diced Avocado
1 Cup (1 Bunch) Fresh Chopped Coriander
1 Tbsp FInely Chopped Serrano Chili (or any hot chili)
1 Tbsp (2-3 Cloves) finely chopped Garlic
2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt (or more to taste)
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper to taste
Directions
1) Soak the raw corn in some hot water for a few minutes, drain, then use a knife and cut off the kernels into a medium-sized bowl.
Most people don’t know you can eat corn raw, but in this state not only is it delicious, it’s much more nutritious for the body!
2) Combine all remaining ingredients and add a dash of love! Serve and Enjoy!
