Why Work With Me? 

My name is Mandy Froelich, and I am a healer passionate about helping others live their best lives. I believe this only occurs when we feel good in our bodies, have healthy relationships with others (usually a result of overcoming and healing trauma(s)), and feel connected to something greater than ourselves.

Over the past decade, I have worked at a variety of holistic health centers and in vegan cafes as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and chef. I am also a ISD-certified detoxification specialist, ACE-certified personal trainer, and Reiki practitioner.

From my experience helping others improve their health, I have learned that balance and intuitive eating are key. Each of us must learn to tap into our intuition, so we can form healthy relationships with our bodies and food. I would be happy to guide you along this path.

What You Can Expect

  • We’ll first begin with a 30 minute to 1 hour Skype chat where we’ll get to know each other and I’ll ask some questions about your health history, you goals, your habits, and your social support.
  • Then, you’ll fill out two different forms so I can assess your biological needs and cater my recommendations to you personal goals. This can take 2-3 days.
  • Next, we’ll set up a one-hour Skype chat and I will review everything I have outlined in your plan. This will include 10-20 staple recipes that meet your taste desires and schedule, an outline meal plan (I like clients to get creative and not feel as if they have to stick to a rigorous plan), and a few extra resources.
  • For 3 months, you will have unlimited email contact. Shoot your questions, concerns, and triumphs over to me, and I will certainly respond.
  • After three months, there will be one check-in. We will see what is working and what is not. This call will be approximately one hour and can be extended, if needed. I will tweak your meal plan and share additional recommendations. After this point, our first session is concluded, and you can choose to continue working with me.
