I am passionate about teaching others how to make food their medicine. As a business strategist, Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), ACE-certified personal trainer, Reiki Master therapist, ISD-certified detoxification specialist, and certified reflexologist, I have made it my mission to help others heal holistically, primarily through adopting healthier diet and lifestyle habits. I also help to resolve emotional blocks and traumas through Reiki, and manage a business consulting boutique in Longmont, Colorado. 

How It Works

My Approach

As a holistic nutritionist, I consider the underlying emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental causes of physical illness or distress. All recommendations are based on your specific needs to help you get well, but weight loss and improved mental cognition can be beneficial side effects.

My Process

We’ll begin with a FREE 30-minute consultation to address your needs and ensure it is a good fit. If you choose to move forward, I will send you paperwork to fill out and return. 3-5 days later, we will reconvene and review your custom plan. You will receive support along your journey and we will continue to check in at periodic intervals.

I give attention to all aspects of a person. Their emotional health is just as (if not more) important than the physical concerns they show up with. My clients receive more than a meal plan, they receive a framework for developing and living a long, healthy life.

Why should I work with you?

You should work with me (Mandy) if you are serious about adopting healthier dietary and lifestyle habits. I have a “no excuses” approach when it comes to health because each of us is responsible for our own health. However, I will lovingly guide you on your path toward wellness because I believe in you!

Do you accept insurance?

No, but upon request, I can send you an itemized bill to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network services.

Who do you help?

I have worked with pregnant mothers, kids diagnosed with autism and ADHD, athletes, weekend warriors, individuals looking to lose/gain weight, and both women and men battling eating disorders. However, my scope of practice extends beyond these demographics, as I am trained to address a variety of needs and complaints.

What is your background?

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), ACE-certified Personal Trainer, ISD-certified Detoxification Specialist, certified reflexologist, and certified Reiki Master therapist. I have also obtained my degree in business and accounting. 

I began my journey into health at the age of 15 and since then, have worked at major health clinics and retreats in the United States, Costa Rica, Thailand, and Africa. I have also published 5+ cookbooks.

 

I am incredibly passionate about holistic healing because I healed myself of chronic depression, anxiety, acne, being overweight, and shortness of breath. If I can do it, you can, too. 

What is the cost?

The intake and consultation is $220. This includes the 1-2 hour consult (can be done via Zoom), holistic nutrition analysis, customized meal plan (with dietary, lifestyle, supplement, and psycho-spiritual recommendations), follow-up consult, unlimited email access, and a two-month follow up.
