Do you ever have a burst of culinary genius gifted to you by God in the kitchen? Well I certainly did the other day.
After receiving SO many oranges from Bountiful Baskets–which I talked about in this post, I decided to put the citrus to good use and also try out my newly acquired Irish Moss!
Irish moss is a sea vegetable that when blended with water after being soaked – creates a gelatin like texture and keeps desserts really light and fluffy without needing tons of nuts and seeds…so of course, I love it.
I think I’ll be putting this recipe in my un-cookbook, so I have to decide whether or not to share it or not.

Raw Vegan Orange Creamsicle & Marshmallow Cake

I have missed marshmallow whip SO much, and I finally re-created it!

Soooooooo good.

*gasp* is that CHOCOLATE in the background??

Seriously, so good.
And then of course I stocked up on ingredients like cacao butter, coconut oil, and cacao powder, so naturally that means it’s time to make raw Chocolate with Orange too!

Here’s a raw chocolate PAGE devoted to raw goodness – you will drool… It’s not the same one I used, but I didn’t measure this one, so I imagine it’s 90% of what I would like it to be for a raw choco bar.
Aren’t they cute?

So delicious, so yummy, so amazing! I even used it as a chocolate sauce on a banana split (with Spirulina ice cream) – To.Live.For. All this delicacy food has made me eat a lot differently!
Not to mention getting my new Excalibur dehydrator and all the fun that comes with that….!
