Therefore I’ve created a delicious raw & vegan Caesar Salad Dressing to top your greens and be scooped up by veggies and flax crackers. Once you make this, you’ll have a go-to staple for all your needs.

{Raw, Vegan} Caesar Salad Dressing

A super easy and delicious dressing or dip. Use it with a fresh bed of greens or with some chopped vegetables and flax crackers. Enjoy!
Ingredients
  • 3/4 Cup Cashews
  • 3-5 Dates
  • 5 Basil Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 3-4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 4-5 Limes, Juiced
Instructions
  1. In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Store in an air-tight jar or tubaware container for 6-7 days (May last longer in some climates)
Notes
This recipe has been a staple for me for years. Use it on cooked vegetables, sprouts, salads, as a dip, or in an inventive way with flax crackers! Opportunities abound!
