When I first adopted a living foods lifestyle almost six years ago, I had no idea where to start. I also was quite horrible at making plant-based food – even though I had strong ambition to keep with it for personal and health reasons.
After many years of practice, working at world-renowned health centers, studying under incredible chefs, and obtaining quite a few natural nutrition qualifications, I finally gained confidence in the kitchen and now feel able to help others do the same.
