Hellllooooo, beautiful!
Wow, it is such a blessing to be sharing with you this incredibly delicious and nourishing green juice recipe – an elixir that will no doubt become a staple in your life!
In case you don’t know, I am presently traveling/living in Bali, and holistic healing / mindful living inspiration abounds.
Ubud, Bali is the mecca of raw food, meditation, yoga, and detoxification, so it’s accurate to say I’m enjoying my time.
I do have access to a kitchen at the moment, but I have created little in it for there are many raw food restaurants in the area (albeit gourmet), tons of fruit markets (all I want to do is mono-meal, drink water, and meditate) and lovely, lovely places to get fresh juice in the area.
As I’ve shared on Instagram (please follow me there to get updates on the travels + upcoming recipes), the area is GORGEOUS and there are many sights to enjoy. Here’s a peek at what’s being posted over there:
Anyhoooooooo, being in the tropics, I am more inspired than ever to REALLY invest in my wellness and detoxify + regenerate on a cellular level.
As I’ve mentioned before, fruit is the BEST food on the planet to consume for detox purposes, in addition to green (little to no fruit) juice and purified water. Citrus, berries, melons, and some other tropical fruits are incredibly astringent, as well as very hydrating, so it’s very easy to fast on them and feel nourished and satiated.
The reason I’m typing all of this up is because my #1 focus right now is on detoxification – for myself and for you, therefore, I will be keeping it simple on this blog for a while.
The cool thing is that you don’t need to be in the tropics to begin detoxifying and living a better life. You can do it anywhere! That’s why I’m sharing with you the official Life in Bloomjuice – one of my favorites!
It’s incredibly hydrating, alkalizing and nutrient-dense, to the point of which you can feel your cells rejoice shortly after drinking it. I hope you enjoy!
