Sometimes, you just need a delicious and healthy Asian salad dressing. This creamy dressing is perfect for salads and dipping vegetables in. In fact, one of my favorite ways to enjoy this scrumptious dressing is to pile greens into a bowl, add shredded carrots, add shredded cabbage, add slivered almonds, and your choice of protein. Seared tofu or chicken provide a great source of protein – try this recipe out and comment your thoughts below!
