Hi, I’m Mandy.
I am INCREDIBLY passionate about helping folks like you make food their medicine. From my experience as a chef, Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), ACE-certified Personal Trainer, certified reflexologist, certified Reiki Master therapist, and time spent working at holistic healing centers around the globe, I’ve learned that the human body is incredibly resilient. Furthermore, when given the proper conditions, nutrition, and supportive environment that it needs, it can heal and thrive.
I know because I healed myself by adopting a “food as medicine” mindset. And now, I’m going to help you do the same.

What to Expect From a Holistic Nutrition Consultation
FREE 20-minute call
This is a “get to know you” call. We’ll discuss your goals, motivation, and timeline in mind. If we both feel like it’s a good fit, we’ll move forward.
You receive Lifestyle Assessment Forms and NSP Forms (can be filled out in Adobe and emailed back, or printed, filled out, scanned, and emailed back).
Over a two-day period, I will determine the root causes of your main complaints and the systems affected. I will then develop a comprehensive plan unique to your needs that takes into consideration diet, lifestyle, and mental and emotional well-being. You will receive materials via email and we will discuss the key points in a 1-hour Skype or Zoom call.
After two months of adhering to the plan, we’ll set up a 2-month Skype/Zoom consult to discuss what is working, what isn’t, and adjust the plan to benefit your main complaints. From this point, you’ll choose if you’d like to continue working with me as your holistic nutritionist.
